5th Annual Bonneville Chamber Music Festival @ WSU (Ogden: March 2 - 9)

WHY: To provide local audiences with a quality chamber music experience and to promote chamber music programming


Weber State University Department of Performing Arts presents the Fifth Annual Bonneville Chamber Music Festival (BCMF), March 2, 4, 7 and 9 (schedule and guest artists listed below). All concerts and master classes are held in the Allred Theatre, Browning Center for Performing Arts, Weber State University, Ogden, Utah. Opening night, March 2, is a free performance. All other concert tickets are $12 adults/$10 Senior Citizens/Free for students and are available through Dee Events Center Tickets, 1-800 WSU-TIKS or weberstatetickets.com. 25% off purchase of two or more concerts

The BCMF was conceived by WSU faculty member Viktor Uzur. The Serbian cellist says "I wanted to bring more chamber music to Utah. It was my idea to start it, because it was something I really wanted to do." This year the festival will present four concerts featuring performing artists from around the world as well as WSU faculty and students. The guest artists will also offer master classes that are free and open to the public.
