“…. Between herding cats and raccoon visits, accretions, diversity, personal agenda’s, ambition and the lack thereof, lies the group of artists at Captn’ Captn’. . .

Group shows emerge, generally, once a year, to make sure that someone heard the tree fall in the forest. In this case the group includes both fallen trees and those still standing. Tom Mulder, in memoriam; Cein Watson, left for greener pastures; Sri Whipple, for a change of scenery; and the rest of us who are still rooted in the studio: Tessa Lindsey, Chase Leslie, Trent Alvey, Berk Frei, Michelle Christensen, Chris Rudert, Steve Larson, Justin Carruth, Trent Call, Sri Whipple & Trent Call, Hazel Janet, and Trevor J. Dopp.

Imaginative works on paper, paintings, drawings and sculpture will be on display in a variety of media and styles at very affordable prices. Celebrate the artists of the Captain Captain Studios with the Utah Arts Alliance Gallery.

The Utah Arts Alliance is a 501c3 non-profit arts organization.
Our mission is to foster the arts in its many forms, to provide venues to facilitate the arts, to provide programming and support for arts and education, to provide a central organization committed to networking and support of Utah’s non-profit arts and educational groups and to provide support and services to Utah’s artists and students.
