Anderson-Foothill Library Announces Summer Concert Series
July 17, 2011 – Music lovers of all ages are invited to the Anderson-Foothill Library’s amphitheater for a free concert series showcasing folk artists.
Concerts by the Creek begin July 20 at 7:30, and will continue for four weeks. The series kicks off with local folksinger and political satirist Ken Shaw. Other artists include:
July 27: Anke Summerhill with Doug Wintch, folk/pop singer/songwriters
August 3: Steven and Ruth Hollander, traditional Celtic and American old time tunes
August 10: Idlewild, Celtic and world folk music
