Final Cultural Core Conversation (SLC: Sept 21)

We want to remind you that our fourth and final Cultural Core conversation will be held on September 21st from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm. at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center on located at 138 West 300 South. (NOTE: This is a date change and a new location) Please mark your calendars. We will be hearing from the AMS consulting team, who has been guiding this process; they will share their observations of the conversations which took place among participants at the first three meetings. These observations will be presented as a series of recommendations which participants will have the opportunity to review and endorse. Following this meeting, the recommendations will be forwarded to City and County leadership for implementation. As you know, the purpose of this phase of the Cultural Core project is that these conversations will have helped us achieve a shared vision for a successful downtown core with an active and vital arts and cultural component. I know that some of you have only been able to attend one meeting, or in some cases, haven’t been able to join us at all – I would still encourage you to attend the final meeting, as you will be able to get some good information about the direction this project is headed as we move forward. Please bring your energy and commitment to make the future of our Cultural Core successful!
