If you would like to explore painting in new and unique ways, this is the class for you! In this six-week session, artist Lenka Konopasek
will encourage students to experiment with various painting styles,
while showing them what it takes to create exciting paintings. They will
learn all about the visual elements of how to place shapes in a
composition and to work with line, texture and various applications of
color. Students will create their own masterpieces inspired by the art
of several famous modern and contemporary painters, including; Joan
Miro, Paul Klee, Jackson Pollock, Jasper Johns, Chuck Close and Frank
Stella.

Class Schedule:
Wednesdays, May 2 - June 6 from 4:30 to 6:00PM
Max Enrollment: 7 (14 with partners).
Children are usually accompanied by a partner, often a parent or sibling.
Fee: $50 and includes all art supplies (no fee for partner companion).
