August 30 -- Art Talk by Devorah Sperber at the Kimball Art Center.

August 30 -- Auditions for The Princess Bride - 6 to 8pm - at the Prospector Lodge & Conference Center.

September 1 - The last Frontier Bank Community Concert Series presented by Mountain Town Music. Free concerts every Weds. evening at Deer Valley.

September 2 -- Plaza Palooza at Silver Star Plaza featuring good food and the tunes of Joy and Eric.

September 3 -- United Concerts presents the Avett Brothers with Gov't Mule at the Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater.

Until September 3 -- Historic Walking Tours by the Park City Museum and Historical Society.


September 3 -- An elegant evening of music by Alan Gampel and featuring a light dinner with Parrallel Napa Valley wines. Benefiting the Joy2Learn Foundation.

September 4 -- Dolly's Bookstore hosts author Debra Drecksel promoting her new novel: Hidden Dimensions.

September 4 & 6 -- Jim Simister is holding his Open Studio Sale at Sunstone Pottery Studio on Main Street in Coalville.

September 6 _- Funky Old Miner's Day activities all day on Main Street and in City Park, presented by the Park City Rotary.
September 6 -- St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights Series, presents Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses with Crooked Still and Sara Watkins at Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater.

September 7 -- The Park City Museum presents Tunes & Tales from the Cowboy Trails.

September 8 -- Sundance Institute Film Series presents Rocket Science at the Jim Santy Auditorium.

September 11 -- Cow Ballet to benefit Mountain Town Music beginning at 2pm in Peoa's Woodenshoe Park.

September 12 -- Egyptian Theatre Golf Scramble & Social.

September 16 -- The Park City Museum presents In Cahoots in concert at the Museum.

September 17 - October 3 -- Egyptian Theatre presents the Great American Trailer Park Musical.

September 24 -- A very special Charity Gallery Stroll presented by the Park City Gallery Association.

September 24 -- Meet Nathan Florence at his show entitled: Fabricated Figures at the Kimball Art Center.
Until September 26 -- Spend every Sunday at the Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street.

Until October -- The Canyons Resort presents their Farmers Market every Wednesday.

Until October 3 -- Nathan Florence: Fabricated Figures in the Garage Gallery at the Kimball Art Center.

Until October 31 -- The Kimball Art Center presents Devorah Sperber: Threads of Perception.

  1. October 23, 5:30 pm don't miss the Utah Humanities Book Festival at the Park City Library. Former House and Garden chief editor Dominique Browning will present from her new memoir, "How I Lost My Job, Put on My Pajamas and Found Happiness." In conversation with Phyllis Barber, author of the memoir "Raw Edges." Visit utahhumanities.org for more information on the statewide Book Festival during Oct. Free and open to the public.
