WorldStage! Outdoor Concert Series Celebrates Sixth Season with Something for Everyone at Utah Cultural Celebration Center
WHAT: 2011 WorldStage! concert series – an outdoor musical & cultural experience for the whole family, all summer long.
WHEN: Monday nights, July 11 through August 29, 2011. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with performances starting at 8:00 p.m. No concert on Monday, July 25

WHO: Everyone is invited to this Free concert series
WHY: This year’s WorldStage! concert series presents a vibrant and exciting cross section of entertainment deeply rooted in Utah’s cultural communities, with performances by:
July 11 Utah Symphony – Utah’s premiere symphonic orchestra
July 18 Mama’s Temple Choir – A 60 plus voice gospel choir
Aug 1 Nat’l Night Out with Hired Guns – a nostalgic ride through the music of the west
Aug 8 World Travelers – folk music and dance from around the world
Aug 15 Red Rock Rondo – New Americana chamber folk music
Aug 22 Islands in the Desert – traditional and contemporary music from the Pacific Islands
Aug 29 Partners Program Showcase – African, Peruvian, Aztec, Filipino & Mexican dance
