The Utah Arts Festival’s 8th Annual
Tardy Mardi Party is
Saturday, March 12 from 6–11 p.m.
The Salt Lake Hardware Building, 105 North 400 West

Salt Lake City, UT: The Utah Arts Festival’s 8th Annual Tardy Mardi Party lets the good times roll on Saturday, March 12 at the Salt Lake Hardware Building. The annual not-so-stuffy fundraiser celebrates Mardi Gras (a little late) and helps raise funds for the Utah Arts Festival.
The evening includes casino games, food, music and dancing. Guest are encouraged to dress in Mardi Gras attire such as masks, beads and costumes, as those with the most creative costumes will be crowned the King and Queen of Tardy Mardi.
In addition to the evening’s revelry, the Utah Arts Festival also holds an annual Texas Hold’em Tournament, in the same location, from noon–5 p.m. on Saturday, March 12 with the final table dealing at 7 p.m.
A Party Pass is $50 and includes admission to the Tardy Mardi Party, 10 points in just-for-fun casino games, food, soft drinks and one complimentary “adult” beverage.
The Party Pass Plus is $75 and includes entry to the Texas Hold’em Tournament in the afternoon, as well as admission to the Tardy Mardi Party that evening, 20 points in just-for-fun casino games, food, soft drinks and two complimentary “adult” beverages.

All attendees must be 21 or over and have valid proof of age.

All funds support the state's largest outdoor festival, the Utah Arts Festival, running June 23–26, 2011 at Library Square in downtown Salt Lake City.
