Weber State University Department of Performing Arts presents an evening of  chamber music Wednesday, April 17, at 7:30 pm in the Allred Theater, Val A. While the program is still evolving, it is sure to feature something suitable to everyone´s tastes, ranging from transcriptions to at least two original works for this event, one by clarinetist Kevin Greever and the other by new band faculty member, Shannon Roberts.  The well-known WSU Flute Choir will play three light pieces, and the Wind Ensemble Saxophone Quartet will play two, as will the WSU Percussion Ensemble.
This is a free event. The public is cordially invited and children 8 and over are welcome. For more information about this concert or the orchestra program at WSU, contact Dr. Thomas Root, troot@weber.edu or 801 626 6443.
