Thursday, April 4 Youth Art Show
There is an open call for art from children ages 5-18. The art will be
displayed in the Planetarium through the month of April. Friday, April 5 Community Partner Day
Join us from 11 a.m. ? 2 p.m. for a day of FREE hands-on activities for children and families. Saturday, April 6 10-Years of Space Exploration
Clark Planetarium will explore the past and future 10-years of space
exploration through a live, narrated show in the Hansen Dome Theatre at
6:45 p.m. Sunday, April 7 Discounted Dome Shows To encourage the community to
explore our wide variety of science shows, we will discount our Hansen
Dome Theatre tickets to 2003 prices. Monday, April 8 Education Day
The Clark Planetarium education department will fill the main exhibit
space with science experiments for our visitors to explore space science
on a deeper level from 11 a.m. ? 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 9 Food Truck Day
Local Food Truck vendors will gather outside Clark Planetarium from 11
a.m. ? 1:30 p.m. Weather permitting, CP staff will offer science and
solar telescope demonstrations. Thursday, April 11 10-Year Anniversary Gala with Guest Speaker, Phil Plait. Please note students and teachers qualify for discounted ticket prices.
GREENBike SLC Bike Share Launch

Join SLC Mayor Ralph Becker, local business and community leaders in
launching the city's bike share program. Memberships are on sale for $75
annually, providing access to 100 bikes and 10 stations throughout
downtown, which debuts this Monday.
Bike share programs make high-quality bicycles available in an urban
setting for riders to get from point A to point B. GREEN Bikes are
docked at stations that instantly make them available for other members
instead of being chained or tucked away in an office. GREEN Bikes are
either being ridden or are available for someone else. The system
benefits visitors, commuters and residents in the downtown area.
