Utah Arts Alliance Announces a Concert to Benefit the Midnight Records Recording Studio.

Y.Y.B.S., MERIT BADGE and MAX PAIN and the GROOVIES TO Perform Live at The Woodshed

When: Saturday night May 7th, starting at 10:00 p.m.

The Utah Arts Alliance will present a Benefit Concert for affiliate recording arts program, Midnight Records Studio, to be held at The Woodshed Saturday May 7, 2011, starting at 10 p.m. Local Indie Rock bands Y.Y.B.S., Merit Badge and Max Pain and the Groovies will each play 45 minutes sets. Proceeds will benefit Midnight Records Studio’s Emerging Artist program.

Midnight Records is a 501c3 non-profit recording studio specializing in providing affordable recording services for local musicians, singer songwriters and bands. Located at 127 S. Main Street, the studio has been open for 3 years and offers a discounted project recording rate of $75 per song including recording, mixing, mastering and a CD.

The Utah Arts Alliance is a 501c3 non-profit arts organization.
Our mission is to foster the arts in its many forms, to provide venues to facilitate the arts, to provide programming and support for arts and education, to provide a central organization committed to networking and support of Utah’s non-profit arts and educational groups and to provide support and services to Utah’s artists and students.
