With Sherri's fun and reassuring approach to preserving food, it's easier than ever to store the bright flavors of warm-weather fruits and vegetables.

Tickets are $35 (all proceeds benefit Utahns Against Hunger), available at EdibleWasatch.com

Sun. 10/9 (7-9 p.m.): The Garage on Beck Street – “Jar Swap and Book Signing”. Mingle with fellow canners and sip a custom cocktail from High West Distillery designed especially for the event.
